Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days notice
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Scan websites or businesses you do not own or have permission to analyze
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) except as explicitly permitted
• Share account access with unauthorized users
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Violate any third-party rights including AI platform terms of service

5. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Scope Online Inc.
• You retain ownership of your business data and content you provide
• You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the Service
• Visibility reports and recommendations generated by the Service are for your use only
• You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label Service outputs without permission

6. Disclaimers

We specifically disclaim:

• Guarantees of specific visibility improvements or business outcomes
• Accuracy of AI platform responses (which are controlled by third parties)
• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service
• That visibility results will translate to increased customers or revenue

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Scope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• We are not responsible for actions taken by AI platforms that affect your visibility

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scope Online Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content or data you provide to the Service

9. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time through account settings
• We may terminate or suspend your account for Terms violations
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
• Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
