Scope's Plans
Scope offers four plans to match different business sizes and use cases:

All plans include daily automated scanning across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, the AI Optimization Agent, and the Schema Pack.
Billing Cycles
- Monthly billing — charged on the same date each month (your signup date)
- Annual billing — available for Starter, Growth, and Agency plans at a 20% discount. Billed once per year.
You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. If you switch to annual mid-cycle, you'll be prorated for the remaining days on your monthly plan.
Upgrading Your Plan
Upgrade anytime from Settings → Billing. When you upgrade:
- Your new plan takes effect immediately
- You're charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your current billing cycle
- New features and additional business slots become available instantly
Downgrading Your Plan
You can downgrade at any time. Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period, then switches to the lower plan.
Important: If your downgrade reduces your business slots, you'll need to select which businesses to keep before the downgrade takes effect. Data for removed businesses will be permanently deleted.
Cancellation
Cancel your subscription from Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan.
- Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period
- Scope does not offer refunds for partial billing periods
- After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days. You can reactivate within that window and all data is restored.
- After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
Payment Methods
Scope accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payment is processed through Stripe — Scope never stores your card details.
For Enterprise plans, we can accommodate ACH/bank transfer, invoicing, and purchase orders. Contact us via the Intercom widget to arrange.
Invoices and Receipts
Invoices are automatically emailed to your billing email after each charge. You can also download all invoices from Settings → Billing → Invoice History.
Q: Is there a free trial? A: Scope offers a free scan (no account required) to see your initial AI visibility snapshot. The paid subscription starts when you want daily monitoring, full prompt results, and optimization recommendations. There's no free trial for the paid plan, but the free scan gives you a meaningful preview of what you'll see.
Q: Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling? A: Not currently. If you need to pause, the closest option is cancelling and reactivating within 30 days to restore your data.
